Irresponsibility - Selular Shop

Okay, after a very long longgg consideration, I've decided to write this post, finally. This is a post full of words and rambling, so for you guys who doesn't want to read it, please do so.
I'm gonna write this post in half indo and half english. so please do forgive my bad indo.

gw adalah orang yang sangat sabar. I've never been this mad before with a shop. Gw selalu berharap supaya semua orang menepati janji mereka. Tapi kali ini ketidak bertanggung jawaban dari SELULAR SHOP bener2 bkin gw marah. Just to clarify things first, tujuan gw dsini bukan karena gw pengen di berikan bb baru karena gw ga sanggup beli. gw bahkan uda beli bb dakota kok. I'm here because a shop have betrayed my feel of trust in them. 

So here's how it goes. At about 22nd OF JANUARY, gw pergi ke SELULAR SHOP MALL TAMAN ANGGREK untuk claim garansi blackberry gw (screen nya ga nyala). Setelah akhirnya berbicara dengan pihak garansi, orang nya suruh gw untuk kasih nama dan nomor telpon. dia bilang begini, "2 minggu lagi dateng, entar BB nya di ganti" I was like, wow gw bahkan hrus nunggu gitu lama, kenapa ga di service aja sih supaya cepet. karena pada saat itu gw sndiri ga pny bb lain untuk menggantikan bb gw. Jadi gw pikir yaudalah. So exactly 2 weeks after, gw balik ke SELULAR SHOP MTA, dan setelah gw ngantri lebih dari 30 MENIT akhirnya gw baru bisa ngmng ama orang garansi nya. I've realize that setiap kali gw mau ke orang garansi, harus selalu ngantri panjang, berarti selular shop pny barang banyak masalah dongg? so back to the topic, pihak garansi bernama Fitra (kalo ga salah, dia add bb gw trus di DELETE) bilang bahwa bb belum bisa di ganti karena head office nya belom kasih bb baru. gw jelas marah! dia janji bakal kasih gw bb baru dalam waktu 2MINGGU. tp skrng ga ada apa2. gw akhirnya suruh dia kasih  tau gw aja kapan bisa ada. dia bilang, "saya ga berani janji. liat nih 5 orang sebelum ibu aja torch nya belum di ganti" omg, dia berani2 nya bilang bahwa ada begitu banyak orang yg belum di ganti bb nya?! setelah marah2 akhirnya dia suruh saya add bb pin dia. saya akhirnya pulang dan terus menanyakan tentang bb saya lewat bb setiap mnggu nya. stelah 1 setengah bulan saya akhirnya capek dan menelepon HEAD OFFICE SELULAR SHOP, and guess what?! HAHAHHA NOBODY ANSWERED. Ga ad yang jawab telepon sebuah perusahaan sebesar itu yang menjual handphone di mall2.WOW. 
So at exactly 25 MARCH gw akhirnya menulis ini di wall FACEBOOK SELULAR SHOP. 


pada saat gw tulis wall ini, hebatnya ga cuman gw doang yang ada masalah dengan garansi selular shop. banyak yang lainnya yang seperti itu juga. 
setelah itu admin facebook selular shop dengan ramah nya menjawab semua pertanyaan gw. 

 tapi setelah itu kok ga ada respon apa2 dari admin nya yah?

hebat nya, admin ga jawab, tapi kok bisa POSTING barang2 lain di page nya yah? promo ini promo itu. bullshit lah! ngerti kan apa yang gw maksud dengan ketidak bertanggung jawaban? ga cuman garansi nya dan admin nya ga bertanggung jawab, head office jg sama ajah! 

Sekarang uda HAMPIR 3 BULAN setelah saya claim garansi nya. tpi kok BB nya ga nyampe2 ya? I'm very sure ga cuman gw doang yang di perlakukan seperti ini oleh Selular Shop. Kalau seperti ini trus apa kah selular shop pikir bakal ada customer yang balik lagi ke sana untuk beli BB? GA. I myself uda  ga bakal mau beli BB dari Selular Shop lagi. Kalaupun Selular Shop udah kasih gw BB baru jg gw ga bakal beli lagi, dan kalaupun temen saya ada yang mau beli bb bru gw bakal bilang untung jangan pernah beli dsana lg. Menurut Selular Shop kalau ad 10 orang aja yang seperti saya tidak puas dengan service selular shop, apa kah selular shop bisa bertahan? So gw sarankan Selular Shop bisa melakukan tindakan cepat atas masalah ini. ga cuman buat gw, dan juga buat customer2 lain nya. yang tulis di facebook page nya aja banyak, kalau di tmbah ama orang2 yang belum tulis di facebook gmn? 

IM SORRY BUT I HATE SELULAR SHOP, I DONT LOVE IT.

Selular Shop at last gave me a new blackberry after so long. thank you for your kind attention, but I still won't buy anything from your shop anymore. you just lost one "valuable" customer. and No, by you giving me a new BB (which I should be given about 2 months ago) after I complained for almost 3 months doesn't make me want to say good things about your shop. :)

  1. Whew.. too bad for the story. My suggestion is to send your complaint to newspaper like Kompas. Maybe you can tell SS first that you want to write all of these to newspaper. Most likely, they will treat you better. Hope this will help! Good luck =)

  2. wow i learn something, do not trust selular shop. They have bad service like you said and i feel sorry with your bb and hope the selular shop can realize their mistake and change the new one for you:)

Ko Sugih's Birthday!

So about 2 weeks ago on the 12th of July was my oldest brother's birthday! and as I always do I always post my family member's birthday photos on my blog!! yeayy. and this time its Ko Sugih's. To be honest I haven't bought any gift for him until now, so for now I think I can only present him this post lol. So we had this dinner at ninety nine Pesanggrahan. For you guys who don't know where the place is, it's on top of the Ranch Market in Pesanggrahan. I really love the place!! I mean not only ninety nine itself, the starbucks, ranch market and the restaurants all have a very nice interior design and I feel very comfortable everytime I go there. So you guys should definitely go there and grab some coffee or lunch :). I think the ninety nine here is the biggest out of all the other ninety nine restaurants. The price of the food is of course very pricy but I'd make an exception for some foods there that are worth every penny, which to be honest I've ne...

Worst Day ever....

Sorry guys, been quite busy with all the stuffs in college and work. I don't even have the time to check comments.. :(  Like what I wrote in my title, today has been the worst day ever. At school my papers and books were spilled with water and guess what, my blackberry went dead! really, it was totally dead. the screen went dead, and of course no more beeps. :( The only good news I can share with you right now is that I got my Canon 550D! Yeayy! and I love it so much! I took almost 200+ photos. didn't realize it thou. but the fact that I bought a camera already, I can't buy a new blackberry, and seriously, I just can't live without it. :( I will try to go and service it, and I really hope no datas will be gone and it can be fixed. if any of you knows how to fix this, please HELP ME!!  I went to watch Eclipse with my friends last friday, which is to my opinion a crap movie.
