Make Up Tutorial- Xiaxue/Katy Perry Interview Magazine Cover

So a few weeks ago I watched xiaxue's katy perry Interview magazine cover makeup tutorial and was so amazed! She's so pretty and talented and have always been someone I adore!



Anyway after watching it, my sister and I decided to make a step by step photo makeup tutorial for my blog and we did it! YEAYY! hahaha. My sister did the make up and I of course am the pretty model *wink* lol. You got to see my bare face this time, lucky you. So don't laugh okay? I still am damn chio one!

So here it is! My step by step make up tutorial in collab with my beautiful sis, Irene.

Step 1: BB Cream, Powder and Contacts! 

First step is of course putting your normal base make up! I prefer BB cream because it covers any blemishes and it has high spf! Don't forget to put on contacts, to create that dramatic eye look!

Step 2: Thick Black Eyebrows

Put on very thick eyebrow! Don't worry, it's photoshoot make up so make it as thick as possible, it will look just fine! :))

Step 3: Black eyeliner, double eyelid tape and shading

I don't have double eyelid so I need to fake it and put on 2 double eyelid sticker! After that use a black gel liner to create thick lines on your eyes. Don't forget to put eyeliner below ur eyes too.

put shading on your nose and cheek so that you look slimmer lah. don't forget a little blush!

Notice the difference? My eyes are so small and they look so big here! Yeay to make up!

Step 4: Brown Eyeshadow and False Eyelashes

Put on some brown eyeshadow, no need to be thick since the photo will be in black and white, so it will not be seen. hahaha. Don't forget false eyelashes. Remember, this is a dramatic look!

Step 5: Lips. 

Don't forget to use a very soft pale colour lipstick. and VOILAAA, your look is done! :)

Step 6: Hair, Outfit and Camhooooo

You can use a wig if you want to but i didn't have one so I don't bother to do anything with my hair. For the outfit I chose a simple black blazer. More of a feminine subtle look if I might say. lol.
